Day three felt like it arrived way too quickly! The good weeks just fly by, don’t they?! We began the day with a lovely mimosa bar, styled by the TSOS team. Le Grand Courtage (you can currently shop their product on Shop the Workshop!) provided the champagne, Simply Jessica Marie created the custom signage, and Melissa Broadwell did the florals and the greenery installation. While sipping a mimosa, attendees had their hair and makeup done by the talented ladies at Katie Russo Beauty and then had head shots taken by Shalyn Nelson.
After a relaxing morning, we moved into our first talk with Jess Connolly. Jess spoke on staying healthy as a creative, which is so important for all of us to hear! She challenged us all by saying, “Have a vibrant personal life that is too intimate for the internet.” We all walked away motivated to carve out space to pursue our why’s and to get some rest!
After Jess, we ate another yummy lunch provided by Flavor Caters, and then jumped into our second talk of the day with Shanna Skidmore. Shanna talked to us about defining our richness of life and then pursuing it. As small business owners, it can be so easy to get caught up in the now and think about the future. We were so inspired and challenged to do big things with our time and our money!
Next was brush calligraphy with Jessica Clinch of Simply Jessica Marie! This was such a fun relaxing time for our attendees to try a new skill and relax and unwind after a full week.
We had to stop halfway through calligraphy for a quick group photo before the rain came (it literally began raining on us!!!) and for a hummus snack break!
After calligraphy wrapped up we had the privilege to learn vignette styling from Addison and Jeni of 12th Table! Since they provided all of our specialty rentals, it was especially fun to hear how they beautiful style spaces!
We then sent everyone home to freshen up before the final dinner! Stephanie Scholl did an amazing job planning the perfect celebration to end the week. Flavor Caters fed us, Moon & Lola created the gorgeous menu, 12th Table provided the chargers, linens, china, flatware, and glassware, Simply Jessica Marie hand-painted the most beautiful terra-cotta place cards, and For the Host provided mini salt and pepper shakers for each attendee to take home! AND we had the huge honor of having a team from Kendra Scott provided a jewelry bar for our attendees! When they walked in they could design their own necklace, bracelet, or earrings, grab a glass of wine and find their seat at the table. It really was the perfect ending to a sweet week!
Here are some fun images from the final dinner!
We can’t wait to share ALL of the images from the week with you soon! It’s hard to put into words how amazing it was. We were so blessed by every attendee, speaker, sponsor, and partner! Thank you all for making TSOS Nashville amazing!
