In partnership with Jenn Perrault of Haute off the Rack, we present to you a three-day immersive experience at a countryside oasis created with mothers in mind. The Retreat at the Ranch features a unique program designed specifically for female creative business owners, who are also mothers. We know all too well the continuous challenges we face when it comes to the ever changing landscape of motherhood, as well as running your own company. We’ve developed the perfect balance of the two facets, and we'll be diving deep into your business to answer those trajectory-shifting questions with ample time set aside for rest and restoration that mothers so rarely enjoy. We will gather for three beautiful and inspiring days at The Za Ranch nestled in Covington, Louisiana as our curated speaker lineup teaches on branding, business strategy, battling against burnout, harnessing your creativity + so much more. This idea was inspired by the desire to giveback to our motherhood community through Jenn's philanthropy, Haute Mama Collective - which provides moms in need with resources, products and support. A portion of the proceeds from ticket sales will go directly to benefit mothers in need.

Hosting events nationwide to bring creative entrepreneurs together and watching women succeed in their lives and businesses is what she is most passionate about. She currently lived right outside of New Orleans, Louisiana where you can find her chasing her two toddler boys, Shepard and Sawyer.

Jennifer Palpallatoc Perrault is a fashion and lifestyle content creator based in Louisiana. She's also a mom to her two little boys Beckham and Brooks and a wife to her husband Blake. She started her blog, Haute Off The Rack, in 2012 and since then has amassed a loyal following of more than 240K across platforms. Jenn is hands-on in her creative approach and her storytelling abilities, social media savvy and business acumen have launched and sustained her career for nearly a decade. Her brand partnerships have sparked multiple design collaborations including three design collaborations with Gigi New York following her 2014 design and launch of her first handbag, the Jenn Bucket Bag and her 2016 collection of the Jenni Saddle Bag. Most recently Jenn launched her second 8-piece Fall Collection with Gibsonlook in September 2022. All of Jenn’s products have become the brand’s best-sellers for years on end.

Danielle is a friendship coach and educator who leverages her background as a high school teacher to now share the latest research on women's communications, cooperation, and conflict. She's become a leading voice in the conversation around relational health and a go-to media expert, having been featured in outlets like the New York Times, Oprah magazine, and CBS News. She shares research about connection on her social media, provides personal coaching sessions, and travels across the country speaking about the power of female friendship. Her podcast, Friend Forward, is a top-ranking show on Apple Podcasts, and a powerful resource for women looking to improve their platonic relationships. Her book, "Fighting For Our Friendships" will be released in May 2024.
Angelle is the CEO and the face behind Dashing Darlin’ - her lifestyle blog. Prior to that, she was a preschool teacher and cheerleading coach. After her second child was born, I made a choice to became a stay-at-home mom. Shortly after our fourth child, she got the itch to throw herself out there on social media to inspire other moms with positivity and affordable fashion. And, it was the best decision. It has been a wild, mind-blowing adventure.
Her focus has always been faith, family and fashion - and recently, her love for travel and home decor. She has worked with brands such as Target, Old Navy, Revolve, and Wayfair. BUT ultimately, she wants to influence other women to love who God created them to be. Each woman has a unique style, shape, talent, and personality. She wants every women to feel free to be their true, authentic self!

Dr. Devan Szczepanski grew up in Louisiana, and started and completed her medical training at Louisiana State University. She was a member of the rural scholars program dedicated to improving primary care in Louisiana. She became a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician in April 2014. Upon graduating, She and her family moved to Covington where she has been practicing primary care since that time. In June of 2016, she was excited to finally open her own private practice where she has dedicated herself to providing individualized comprehensive care to each of her patients. Between 2021 & 2022, she launched her own line of skincare products— So Lux Welness and a brand new practice in Miramar Beach—So Well Medicine.
Devan now lives with her husband and 4 boys on 30A and practices both here in Covington and also in Miramar Beach.

When not at Monomin, she operates her design company Taravella Design-Build as lead architect and principal. who is this retreat for?
The School of Styling is for any female creative entrepreneur looking to refine their business, grow in knowledge, and connect with other business owners. This experience is specifically curated for female entrepreneurs who are also mothers. Our speakers and panelists will present on the unique challenges we face in motherhood and business ownership. The strategies that you'll hear are applicable to all stages and industries of creative businesses, from bloggers, copywriters, real estate agents, jewelry designers, and more! The mix of our schools gives students a fresh perspective on their own work. Whether you've been in business for 10 minutes or 10 years, you have a place here! But don't just take our word for it... here are some industry specific reviews.
what will this retreat do for my business?
You will receive the tools and training to help you build an intentional business that supports your role as a mother. If you need to set better boundaries, improve your time-management, or amp up your sales strategy, you'll want to hear from our speakers. Each educational session will be followed by an engaging q+a where you will get answers specific to your business and family needs. Not only will you be taking notes, you will actively be solving problems and having one "ah-ha" moment after another, while surrounded by women who know exactly what it's like to be in your shoes.

what is the difference between a regular ticket and a vip ticket?
A regular ticket will grant you access to three days of event programming, creative breakout sessions, and our traditional "ranch style" seated dinner Tuesday evening. The VIP ticket features everything included in the regular event ticket, plus a two night stay at the luxurious Za Ranch, the welcome cocktail party Monday evening, incredible swag bags, morning yoga and more.

what is the event schedule + Location?
Programming will begin on Monday, October 9th at the event venue in Covington, Louisiana and end on Wednesday, October 11th. The venue is located about 1.5 hours from the New Orleans international airport, and about 25 minutes from downtown Covington. Shuttle transportation will be provided to the venue from downtown Covington for our VIP guests.
meet your hosts
Jenn and Logan decided to come together to plan the Retreat at the Ranch after talking shop and sharing stories on motherhood. When they're not running a company, you'll find them running after their boys - between the two of them, there are four wild boys under four years old. Between Jenn's decade of experience in digital creation and fostering community, and Logan's experience in hosting and teaching workshops on business education, there will be wealth of knowledge offered to the attendees. We believe there is nothing more impactful than sharing a space with other women who've walked the same journey, and we are so excited to create that space for each of you!
