Here’s what Alicia had to say:

The month of January evokes feelings of warmth and love. The start of a new year and hopes of good things to come! My birthday happens to be in January and my birthstone is a garnet. So, naturally I think in deep shades of red: ruby, scarlet, masala, wine, garnet,and raspberry. When making an arrangement I focus on having flowers at different levels to create an organic and growing; placing flowers as we would find them in nature for a fresh from the garden feel.
