It’s seriously amazing how quickly our workshops feel like home to me. Twice a year I nervously enter a room full of strangers. After the first night we are all comfortable with one another, but by the end of day three I’m begging for the whole group to move to NC so we can hang out. I love these ladies and I was so encouraged and blessed by them!
We started our final day off right – with mimosas! One Hope Charleston provided the most delicious champagne for our mimosa bar. While the ladies sipped an apple cider mimosa they had the opportunity to get dolled up by Teighla Norris and her team. With hair and makeup done, Ally & Bobby took beautiful film headshots of each student.
Our classroom was extra special this morning, too. Emily Ley sent her beautiful navy and white Simplified Planners for our attendees to take home with them! I’m pretty sure there were at least five squeals or happy dances done over these planners!
After feeling beautiful and spoiled by Teighla, Lauren Hooker taught a session on “Creating a Streamlined Brand.” Following lunch, Dominique spoke on “Investing & Retirement Planning for the Creative Entrepreneur.”
We were so fortunate to have our dear friend Alyssa Thiel of PCB Home with us to teach a beginners calligraphy class. This is always such a fun time of the week! I love hearing all of the excited chatter between the ladies as they try their hand at something new (for most of them) and have great conversations.
We ended the day with a great session by Morgan Montgomery of Paisley & Jade on “Retaining & Expanding Upon a Niche Client Base.” After the last session, we sent the attendees back to their hotel to get freshened up for the final dinner!
Stephanie Scholl worked with Cottage Luxe, True Vine Studios, and PCB Home to create a beautiful final dinner for our attendees! I love how the colors of the workshop got worked into the design so perfectly. And those marble chargers?! In love.
The Cupcake Shoppe in Raleigh made delicious desserts – macaroons, cake pops, and tiny magnolia cupcakes! SO good. And Meredith Parker provided each attendee with a small art print to frame when they returned home.
And, what’s a TSOS experience without one more good surprise?! We had a couple ladies from Kendra Scott with us to make custom jewelry on site for each attendee! Ladies got to chose from a variety of necklaces, bracelets and earrings, chose their stone(s) and then have it made right there on the spot! We all walked away with a bit of sparkle from that evening.
This group of attendees was so warm and kind. We had such an amazing time together in Chapel Hill and I wish we could go back and do it all over again! If you’re considering a TSOS experience for you and your business, we have a couple spots left for our Hutto workshop and we are opening up enrollment for Richmond on Monday! We would love for you to join us!
