After an amazing first day (full recap here), we were all so excited to get started on Day Two! The attendees were greeted by lovely Lindsay Letters prints, tied perfectly with Silk + Tincture‘s marble peony ribbon. Gorgeous, right? And of course we can’t have a workshop without providing the attendees with Oatmeal Lace aprons!

After the ladies arrived, we jumped into a few sessions. For a midmorning snack, we flipped the breakfast table into a donut and coffee bar. This might have been one of my favorite details of the week!

Found Vintage provided the beautiful domes the donuts went in, Adorn provided the ribbon, and Paper Birch Designs made the amazing custom labels that mimicked designs in other aspects of our paper details. The mugs by XO Events + Design made the perfect addition + gift for our attendees!

After filling up on coffee and donuts, Kim began teaching the hands-on floral session. She revealed all of her secrets and tips and I know we all left more knowledgable and confident about our ability to design arrangements!

The photos below are some of my favorites from the whole week! So much color, joy, and beauty!

After creating centerpieces, Stephanie Sterjovski spoke about creating a cohesive brand. It was wonderful hearing from someone so incredibly talented and sweet!

Jenna Kutcher talked about getting getting clients to hire you for you, which was empowering. Definitely something we all, attendees/staff/speakers, needed to hear!

We finished the day with Becca Atchison‘s talk on creating thoughtful tabletop designs for editorial + events! She did an amazing job walking through not only the aesthetics of a tabletop design, but the heart and thought that goes into them.

Then our attendees got to style their own tabletops! Theoni Collection provided stunning details, La Tavola provided beautiful linens, Paper Birch Designs + Parris Chic provided custom place cards and paper details, and Dish Wish  provided the most unique china, flatware, and glassware this girl has laid eyes on. I can’t wait to see the film scans of the student work when they finish processing in a couple of weeks!

Come back tomorrow for Day Three!
